We pause tours to allow the land time for healing

Guided tours from forage to table with chef Tim Kozody.

From 20 years of traveling around the world, working in fine dining establishments, and embracing local cuisines, Tim has developed a deep respect for food and nature.

When Tim was invited to Earle Creek, it didn’t take long to see his passion and his enthusiasm for nature so we invited him to make his home here. Now he uses his talents to help others to discover nature’s hidden harvests and incorporate them into everyday life.

In our foraging excursions, you will experience a spectacular fine dining experience here on our gorgeous property. We are sure it will be incredible and we look forward to seeing you return with friends to enjoy what each season has to offer.

Select your culinary adventure.

Every tour offers an authentic foraging and cooking experience with ingredients that can’t be found anywhere else.
